The process is client-focused, where Life Coach Deb works with each client confidentially to determine their short- and long-term goals, action steps, and deadlines. Then the client determines what accomplishing their goal would look, sound and feel like as a way to measure their results. Next the client examines how accomplishing one goal would affect the achievement of their other goals. Attaining one goal will often make it easier to achieve other goals.
The initial 30-minute session will help you determine if we are a good fit for working together. During this initial session, you will get a taste of how coaching works and we will identify what you want to achieve. To make it easier for you to succeed, sessions can be done in person or by phone.
To get the most out of your coaching sessions, a three to six month commitment is recommended.
